Royksopp - Junior
Norwegian electropop duo Royksopp released their 3rd studio album titled "Junior" in March 2009. The album has been described as a mix between two previous studio albums, "Melody A.M." and "The Understanding". A favorite of mine was the second single released "The Girl and the Robot" featuring Swedish singer Robyn. Another fantastic song is "Vision One" which I found out is a cover of a track the group first remixed in 2005 sung by an underrated J-Pop artist Eri Nobuchika. "Junior" has been nominated for the best electronic album in the Norwegian Spellemannprisen awards, which is Norway's version of the Grammy awards. The album also features various artists such as Lykke Li, Karin Dreijer Andersson, and Anneli Drecker.
